Welcome to Arifnigd, a no-code e-commerce platform that provides an integrated environment for online store creation, product listing, inventory management, and secure payment collection powered by Arifpay Financial Technologies S.C. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access and use of the Arifnigd website, platform, services, and associated tools (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”). By using Arifnigd, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept these Terms, do not access or use the Platform.
This Platform is operated by Arifpay Financial Technologies S.C. (“Arifnigd”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms apply to all users, including vendors, customers, administrators, and content contributors. We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any updates.
You retain ownership of all content you upload. However, you grant Arifnigd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, reproduce, and distribute your content as necessary for operational and promotional purposes.

All billing is managed through Arifnigd’s integrated payment services. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Arifnigd reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice.
Arifnigd integrates with third-party payment processors such as Telebirr, CBE Birr, M-Pesa, and others. By using these services, you agree to their terms and conditions. Arifnigd is not liable for disputes, delays, or technical issues originating from third-party services.
We may modify or discontinue the Platform or any part of it without notice. Arifnigd is not liable for service interruptions or losses arising from such changes.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees regarding:
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and we may delete your content after a reasonable period.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
By using this Platform, you consent to receive all communications from us electronically, including legal notices, account updates, invoices, and transaction confirmations. These communications carry the same legal weight as printed copies.
By clicking “Accept,” creating an account, or using the Platform, you provide a valid electronic signature and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Arifnigd may retain electronic records of user activity, communications, and transactions in compliance with applicable laws. These records will be stored securely to ensure their integrity and accessibility.
You acknowledge that offers, acceptances, and agreements made through the Platform are legally binding and enforceable when conducted via electronic methods.
Electronic communications initiated through your account are presumed to be from you. Unless stated otherwise, repeated or duplicate messages will be treated as distinct communications.
Where Arifnigd requests acknowledgment of communication (e.g., onboarding steps, payout instructions), you agree to respond within the required timeframe. If no acknowledgment is received, we may assume non-receipt and act accordingly.
